CHOCOLATE SPICE DONUTS 
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. instant coffee with 1 tsp. hot water
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 c. oil

Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cocoa. Set aside. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar and beat at medium speed until mixture is thick and lemon colored (about 2 minutes). Stir in coffee. Add yogurt, oil and dry ingredients to egg-sugar mixture. Beat well after each addition. Fill paper lined muffin tins 3/4 full. Bake at 375 degrees until done, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
