FAMILY FAVORITE PEACH PIE 
CRUST:

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. sour cream

FILLING:

4-5 peeled sliced peaches
3 egg yolks
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of cinnamon

CRUST: Mix ingredients together in food processor fitted with steel blade, until they form a ball. Pat into buttered pie plate and bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce oven to 350 degrees.

FILLING: Arrange peaches in crust. Beat remaining ingredients, except cinnamon and pour over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover with foil; bake at 350 degrees. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more or until filling is set.

This is best served warm from the oven, but still tastes great cold for breakfast! Refrigerate any leftovers.
