PUMPKIN COOKIES 
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
5 c. flour
1 lg. can pumpkin (29 oz.)
1 box raisins
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix liquid and add dry ingredients. (Use soup spoon and put 9 to 12 on sheet.) Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 10 to 13 minutes. Keep in refrigerator or freeze. Makes 6 to 7 dozen.
