COFFEE CREAM PIE 
1 pkg. vanilla flavor instant pudding
1 tbsp. instant coffee
1 c. cold milk
3 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 graham cracker pie crust

Combine instant pudding mix, instant coffee and milk. Beat slowly with electric mixer. Fold in Cool Whip 1 minute. Spoon into crust. Freeze until firm. Top with Cool Whip.
