HONEY NUT BUTTERBALLS 
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
1/4 cup honey
3 tbsp. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup finely chopped nuts
1-2 cups confectioners' sugar (to roll cookies in after baking)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Sift together flour and salt. Cream butter, honey and confectioners' sugar together until light and fluffy. Add flour mixture, vanilla and chopped nuts, blend well.

Form into balls approximately the size of quarters and place on an ungreased cookie sheet 2-inches apart.

Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes.

Roll in 1-2 cups confectioners' sugar while still warm, let cool and roll again.
