SOUTHERN SWEET POTATO BALLS 
Boil 4 large or 6 medium size potatoes until soft. Peel and mash while hot. Add 1 stick of butter and 3/4 cups sugar and one handful, about 1/2 cup, (guess) plain flour. Mix well. Chill in refrigerator. (It is best to make mixture at night and store all night before frying.)

Then, crush corn flakes (on board, I use wax paper). Take heaping tablespoon of potato mixture and put on corn flakes, stick marshmallow in the middle of potatoes; push it together and make a ball, roll in corn flakes and fry.
