YUM YUM DELIGHT 
1 yellow cake mix (Duncan Hines)
3/4 c. oil
3 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges (with juice)

Mix well.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake is done. Prick holes in the cake with a fork. Pour juice from one large can of crushed pineapple over cake while it is still hot. Prepare topping.

Topping:

1 large (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. maraschino cherries
1 large (12 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 large instant vanilla pudding

Mix with mixer and spread over cake. Chill in refrigerator.
