HOT AND SPICY CHICKEN NUGGETS 
1 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 chicken breasts (1 lb.), skinned, boned, and cut into 1 inch chunks
3/4 c. crushed sesame crackers
1/2 c. salsa

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix together 1/2 cup salad dressing, milk, and seasonings. Lightly dip chicken into salad dressing mixture; coat well with crumbs. Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes. Mix remaining salad dressing and salsa. Serve with nuggets on toothpicks. Makes approximately 50 nuggets.
