1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. seedless raisins
1 c. quick oats
1 c. applesauce

Cream shortening, sugar and egg. Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Add to creamed mixture. Add raisins, oats and applesauce. Beat well. Drop by teaspoonful onto baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 15 minutes.
