BAG O' RIBS 
country pork ribs
2 1/2 c. hickory barbecue sauce
1/2 c. chopped onions
3/4 c. chopped green peppers
1/3 c. flour

In a large oven baking bag, dump flour and coat bag. Add barbecue sauce, onion and green pepper. With bag held firmly closed, squeeze bag to evenly mix ingredients. Place bag in Pyrex dish and ribs into bag. Tie end of bag shut, then cut 6 small slits in top.

Bake at 375°F for 1 1/2 hours.

May substitute chicken for ribs, with cooking time approximately 1 1/4 hours for chicken.
