CRANBERRY GLAZED HAM
1 (8-10 lb.) fully cooked smoked ham
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. light corn syrup

Score ham if desired. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer. Bake, uncovered in a 325 degree oven for 2 hours or until meat reaches 140.

Meanwhile, cook onion and curry powder in butter until onions are tender, but not brown. Stir in cranberry sauce and corn syrup, heat thoroughly. Brush ham with glaze. Bake ham 20 minutes more. Keep glaze warm. Reserve remaining glaze to serve over ham slices. Makes 16 servings.
