CRANBERRY GLAZED HAM
1 smoked precooked whole ham (10 to 12 lbs.)
Whole cloves
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. water
4 c. cranberries
1 c. burgundy

Score ham fat into diamonds. Press a whole clove into each diamond. Place ham into a shallow roasting pan and roast in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour.

In a saucepan combine sugar, mustard and water; stir until smooth; add remaining ingredients, cook at a boil until cranberries are tender, about 10 minutes. Remove ham from oven and spread with some of the glaze. Return to oven for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and place on platter. Spoon some warmed glaze over ham. Cut ham into slices and serve with some of the glaze. Serves 12 to 14.
