CHICKEN BALL RAGOUT 
4 to 6 chicken legs and thighs
1 chopped onion
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. cloves

In a large pot add chicken and all of the above ingredients. Cover chicken with water and boil until chicken falls apart. Remove chicken and let cool.

In large bowl mix 1-1/2 lb. ground pork; add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Form into a small meatball. Add to chicken broth cook for about 45 minutes.

In large skillet brown 1 cup of flour on medium heat stirring constantly so flour browns but does not burn. Gradually add to chicken and meatballs stirring until it thickens. Great over mashed potatoes.
