CRANBERRY STUFFING 
4 c. white bread cubes
4 c. wheat bread cubes
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped cranberries
Salt, thyme, sage and pepper to taste

Cook celery and onion. Stir in orange juice, sugar and seasoning. Heat unti hot. Pour over bread crumbs. Mix. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Gently add cranberries. Stuff bird or bake in casserole.
