GERMAN SUPPER 
5-6 scrubbed potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp. pepper
3 c. cubed smoked sausage
1 (7 oz.) can sauerkraut

Cut potatoes into thumb-size pieces. Add onion, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Brown in a small amount of oil for 25 minutes until tender. Add sausage; heat; stir occasionally. Drain sauerkraut and spread on top surface. Do not stir. Cover and heat on low.
