GERMAN COLESLAW | |
1 qt. sauerkraut (any kind) 1/2 c. oil (you might like less) 1 c. vinegar 1 c. sugar 1 big onion, diced 1 tbsp. dill weed (more or less to taste) 1 tbsp. pimento or green pepper (if desired), diced Rinse sauerkraut in cold water really good. Squeeze out water. Mix oil, vinegar and sugar; pour out. Add the rest of ingredients. Refrigerate all day or overnight. |
