FRUIT PIZZA 
CRUST:

1 roll sugar cookie dough (9 x 13 inch pan or round pizza pan). Bake at 375 degrees till lightly browned. Cool.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix together and spread over cooled cookie dough. Top with layer of fruit, strawberries, oranges, pineapple, kiwi fruit, etc. Top with glaze and refrigerate.

GLAZE: (COOK)
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Pinch of salt
