FRY PAN COOKIES | |
1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. white sugar 2 beaten eggs 2 c. dates, chopped 2 c. Rice Krispies 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts (optional) Mix brown sugar and white sugar well. Add 2 beaten eggs and 2 cups dates. Cook in fry pan over low flame for 10 minutes or less, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 2 cups Rice Krispies, vanilla and nuts, if desired. Add a little salt. Roll into balls and roll in coconut. |
