12 oz. box Crispix
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 stick butter
12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1 lb. confectioner's sugar

Slowly melt peanut butter, chocolate chips and butter. Pour over cereal in large pan very carefully. Toss with confectioner's sugar. After cool, store in airtight container.
