DANISH BLUEBERRY DESSERT 
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
20 soda crackers
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can blueberry fruit filling

Base: Beat 3 egg whites until foamy. Add 1 cup sugar and beat until stiff. Fold in 20 crushed soda crackers, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 1 teaspoon vanilla, and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. Spread in 9 x 13 inch baking dish and bake at 325 degrees until lightly golden brown.

Topping: Whip together 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla. Fold in 8 ounces Cool Whip. Spread on cooled base. Chill and then spread on 1 can blueberry fruit filling and lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar.
