1 Duncan Hines butter cake mix
3/4 c. oil
1 c. sugar
2 eggs

Mix ingredients together, batter will be real thick. Chop 3 apples (I grate mine) and 1 cup pecans. Add to the thick batter and let sit in batter for 5 minutes. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven. Do not overbake.

I usually substitute oil for 3/4 cup of Motts applesauce. Makes less fat.
