STEAK SUPPER IN FOIL 
1 1/2 lb. chuck steak, 1 inch thick
1 (1 1/2 oz.) env. Lipton dry onion soup
3 med. size carrots, quartered
3 med. potatoes, quartered
2 stalks celery, diced
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Tear off foil strip 18 x 30 inches. Place meat in center. Sprinkle with soup mix. Cover with vegetables. Dot with butter. Fold foil over and seal securely to hold juices. Place on baking sheet on broiler pan. Bake 2-3 hours or until meat is tender.
