4 c. potatoes

Boil potatoes until tender with jackets (skin) on.

2 boiled eggs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. celery seed
1 tsp. dry mustard seed
1 tsp. dill weed or dill seed
1 lg. sliced carrot, if desired
1/2 c. sour cream
1 med. chopped onion
Miracle Whip Salad Dressing to desired consistency
Sliced tomatoes for garnish

Mix all of above together well. Serve hot or cold.
