HAMBURG AND RICE MEAL 
3/4 c. rice
2 cans tomato juice
1/2 to 1 lb. hamburg
2 tomatoes
1/2 onions
1 hot pepper

Brown the rice in a little butter, then put 2 cans tomato juice until rice is cooked. Simmer over low heat while you cook the hamburg and onions. After cooked, add the tomatoes and pepper. Put the rice on a plate, then add the hamburg mix. Eat with tortillas.
