EGG NOODLES 
2 boxes Scrambler's
1 tbsp. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
Flour to make stiff dough

Whisk together Scrambler's, milk, salt, and baking powder. Add flour in small amounts beating with a fork. When you have a stiff dough, roll out on floured surface, thickness to your liking. Let dry for 1 hour. Cut into strips and again into small pieces. Cook in boiling chicken broth until tender. Low in calories and cholesterol.
