HOLIDAY RELISH 
1 lb. whole raw cranberries, ground
2 apples, cored & chopped finely
Juice of 2 oranges (or you can grind them)
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans or hickory nuts
2 c. sugar (or less)

Mix the above ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Keeps well for weeks.
