INSIDE OUT RAVIOLI 
2 c. macaroni, cooked
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
garlic salt or powder to taste
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 c. Longhorn cheese
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Brown meat, onion and garlic in tablespoon of vegetable oil. Stir in water, sauce and paste. Simmer 10 minutes. Mix cooked macaroni with cheese, bread crumbs, eggs and 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Top with meat sauce and add extras (pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers).

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F. Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
