4 c. uncooked rolled oats (not instant) 1 1/2 c. wheat germ 1 c. unsweetened shredded coconut 1/4 c. non-fat dry milk 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 c. honey 1/3 c. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. raisins Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Combine oats, wheat germ, coconut, milk powder, cinnamon, and brown sugar in large bowl. Combine honey and vegetable oil in small saucepan. Heat until warm. Stir in vanilla. |
