12 oz. frozen fat-free vanilla yogurt
1 small box sugar-free instant chocolate pudding
1/4 c. chunky peanut butter
1 cup lite cool whip
3 oz. grape nuts cereal

Mix all ingredients together and pour into 8 inch dish and freeze. Serving size 1/8th of pie.
