1 box marble cake mix
2 lb. Ricotta cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs

Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour into 9 x 13 pan. Beat the next 4 ingredients together and pour over unbaked cake mix.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.

Icing:

1 box instant chocolate pudding
1 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix pudding with milk. Blend in Cool Whip. When cake is cool, spread icing on top of cake.
