GINGERBREAD CAKE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. baking soda in water
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 c. oil
1/2 c. molasses
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cloves

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
