CREAMY FRENCH - FRY CASSEROLE 
1 (7 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning or dried basil, crushed
3 c. frozen French fried potatoes

In a microwave safe 1 1/2 quart casserole combine tomato soup, cheddar cheese, and seasoning. Micro-cook covered on 100% power high for 2-3 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring mixture every minute.

Fold in frozen potatoes. Cook covered on high for 6-8 minutes. Stir mixture once. Cook until mixture is heated through. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Makes 4-5 side dish servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
