CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
3-4 c. shredded cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. cooked rice
1 c. tomato soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook hamburger and onion until meat loses its redness.

In bottom of casserole layer half of the cabbage, add meat and rice mixed together and the remainder of the cabbage. Add soup, undiluted. Cover and bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven. Uncover the last few minutes to brown slightly.

NOTE: Cheddar cheese may be sprinkled over top in the last few minutes, if desired.
