PORCUPINES 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked rice
Water
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine beef, rice, 1/2 cup water, onion, salt, pepper, garlic powder until well blended. Mold 1/4 cup of beef mixture into cone shaped patties set aside. Combine tomato sauce and worcestershire sauce, set aside. In skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add beef and cook 4 minutes. Drain, discard oil. Return beef to skillet, pour sauce mixture over all. Reduce heat to low cover and simmer 45 minutes.
