MARINATED GRILLED CHICKEN 
3 lb. chicken pieces

I use boneless, skinless chicken breast but you may use a whole chicken, cut up.

MARINADE:

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Wash chicken and pat dry. Put chicken in a glass or plastic container, not metal. Mix marinade and pour onto chicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight or minimum of 8 hours. Grill until done or may be baked in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes or until done.
