SWIRL CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant yellow or vanilla pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

1/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Beat cake mix, instant pudding, oil, sour cream, eggs and vanilla for 10 minutes, scraping side of bowl frequently. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and chopped nuts together in a small bowl.

Turn half of cake mixture into greased tube pan. Sprinkle half of cinnamon mixture on cake. Pour remaining cake batter on top with remaining cinnamon mixture on top of that. Take a butter knife and swirl through batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

NOTE: Instead of 1/2 cup oil and 1 cup sour cream, put in 2/3 cup oil and 3/4 cup water.
