TAFFY APPLE SALAD 
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits, drain & save juice
2 c. mini marshmallows
Pineapple juice
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. flour
12 oz. Cool Whip
7 Delicious apples (4 green & 3 red, sliced with peeling)
1/2 - 1 c. dry roasted peanuts

Mix and refrigerate pineapple and marshmallows overnight. Mix pineapple juice, egg, sugar, vinegar and flour. Boil until thick and refrigerate overnight. Mix both mixtures together with Cool Whip, apples and peanuts.
