SKILLET FRIED CORN 
slices bacon
3 c. cut fresh corn
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onions

Cook bacon crisp; drain and crumble. To drippings, add vegetables. Cover; cook over low heat until just tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Season with 1 teaspoon salt and dash of pepper; sprinkle bacon over top. Makes 6 servings.
