CLAM FETTUCINI 
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
Ground pepper
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. parsley
Pinch of oregano
1 (8 oz.) can Doxsee minced clams
1/2 can water
1 (8 oz.) mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. green fettucini noodles
1 egg
1 pt. ricotta cheese
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Chop and saute garlic in olive oil. Add pepper, basil, parsley and oregano. Add clams and liquid plus water. Simmer for half an hour. Add mushrooms and heat through. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook noodles al dente, drain. Whip ricotta. Add egg and Parmesan cheese. Add more Parmesan if necessary. Mix oil and clam mixture into noodles. Spoon ricotta mixture on top. Mix lightly. Put into 350 degree oven until cheese is warm, (about 20 to 30 minutes).
