CHICKEN CORD DA BLEU 
4 chicken breasts
4 slices boiled ham
4 slices Mozzarella cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup

Pound chicken breasts to about 1/8-inch. Put slice each of cheese and ham on top; roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Cook until almost done, then add the cream of chicken soup. Bake at 350 degrees until tender.

Note: Great served over a bed of rice.
