BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. round steak (cut in small pieces)
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
1 c. golden mushroom soup
1/2 c. red wine
1/4 pt. sour cream

Roll meat in salt, pepper, garlic salt and flour. Melt butter in frying pan and add onions, cool slightly. Drop meat in and brown. Add soup and wine, cook until smooth and meat is tender, then add sour cream.

After you add all ingredients put in casserole and place in 350 degree oven to finish cooking.
