POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) frozen hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 (16 oz.) Cheese Whiz
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. corn flake crumbs or potato chip crumbs

Mix all ingredients together except corn flake crumbs and butter in 9 x 13 pan. Top with melted butter and crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Serves 8 to 12.
