SPOON CORNBREAD 
1 c. milk
1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. sugar

Into milk sprinkle meal; cook until thick. Remove from fire. Stir in butter, sugar, salt and beaten egg yolks. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in greased casserole until set - in 300 degree oven.
