TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey meat
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. cold water
1 egg, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 pkg. brown gravy mix

In bowl, combine all ingredients except cooking oil; mix thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1 1/2 inch to 2 inch meatballs. In hot skillet, with 2 tablespoons cooking oil, brown meatballs. In large saucepan mix one package brown gravy mix according to package directions. Add meatballs and simmer for 1 hour. Serve with rice or cooked noodles. Serves 4.
