TURKEY MEATBALLS 
2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. dry minced onion
1 tbsp. celery salt or 1/2 c. dry minced celery
1/2 c. minced basil and parsley
2 lbs. ground turkey, frozen or fresh ground
2 eggs, beaten

Mix together bread crumbs, onion, celery salt, basil and parsley. Add turkey and eggs and mix together. Roll into meatballs. Brown and add to chicken gravy. Simmer for 30 minutes. OPTIONAL: 1/2 cup red wine (dry or sweet) can be added to meatball mixture before browning.
