TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp. instant dry onion or 1/4 c. finely minced fresh onion
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic powder or to taste

Mix together turkey, beaten egg, onion and milk. In a small bowl mix together bread crumbs, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning and garlic powder. Add to turkey mixture. Make walnut size meatballs, brown in a nonstick skillet, cover and cook 10 minutes on low heat. Remove meatballs from skillet. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk, stir well. Return meatballs to skillet, cook until meatballs heated through. Can be served over hot noodles, rice or even mashed potatoes.
