SAUCY TURKEY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg, slight beaten (may use egg substitute)
1 med. onion, chopped fine
2/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. club soda

Mix all ingredients together. Form into balls smaller than a walnut. Brown in oil in electric fry pan. Add sauce, simmer about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.

Good over rice, buttered noodles or mashed potatoes. Makes approximately 30. Serves 6.

SAUCE:

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix together. Pour over turkey meatballs and simmer 30 minutes.
