1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten with milk

Mix until flour is dampened. Drop by spoonfuls on top of boiling stew. Cover - steam 12 minutes with removing cover. For a fruit mixture add 1/4 cup of sugar and flavoring or spices. Cook the same.
