FRUIT AND HONEY CANDY 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. each; dried apricots, apples and peaches
1 (6 oz.) pkg. dried fruit bits
3/4 c. honey
1 tsp. orange extract
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 (7 oz.) pkg. walnut pieces, divided

In food processor with metal blade, combine dried fruits, process 2 to 3 minutes or until fruit is finely chopped. Add honey and orange extract: process 2 to 3 minutes until well blended.

In small bowl, combine oats and 1 cup nuts. Add to fruit mixture and process 2 minutes or until nuts are chopped. Form mixture into balls. Roll into 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts. Place in foil candy cups. Store in airtight container. Yield 7 dozen.
