2 lbs. ground chuck
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
2 lg. green bell peppers, chopped
2 cans Beans and Fixins
1 lg. can Bushes Beat Beans with onions
3 oz. tequila
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

In a large frying pan, cook ground chuck with onions and green pepper. Add ground black pepper, salt, and Italian seasoning. Add Worcestershire sauce. Add 1 1/2 ounces tequila. Cook until meat is well done and onions and peppers are soft. Drain the meat. In a Dutch oven or large pot, add the beans and meat and the remaining 1 1/2 ounces of tequila. Simmer for one hour and serve.
